The amount of water you consume everyday plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body. Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorption and chemical reactions. Experts recommend drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water each day to maintain good health.

5 Signs That You Are Not Drinking Enough Water:

- You experience reduced Urination A healthy person urinates 6-7 times a day, on average. Hence, if you notice that you’re urinating les than 2-3 times a day, you’re probably not drinking enough water.

- Dry skin If you have dry skin that means that you are dehydrated and your skin lacks wate.

- Headaches When you experience headaches that don’t show the common features of a nornal headache, then it could be as a result of dehydration

- Dry mouth The lack of saliva results in having a dry mouth. Dry mouth is often cause by the lack of water in your body

- Color change in urine The color of your urine should be clear when you’re well hydrated. If you notice change in your urine color, you are probably suffering from dehydradtion
