AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL ORGANIZES QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PATIENT SAFETY CONFERENCE 2023

Quality improvement - Patient safety - is a commitment that is always given top priority by the Board of Directors of American International Hospital in management and operation. To constantly improve the quality of treatment and healthcare, provide effective services, safety and outstanding quality to customers, each member of AIH is proud and united in their efforts to improve service quality, aiming to achieve the safest and best treatment results, bringing satisfaction to both patients and medical staff.

In harmony with that determination, the Quality Improvement Project [PDCA-Plan Do Check Act] 2023 received an enthusiastic response from 22 departments with 26 PDCA projects registered to be implemented with practical topics such as improving service and clinical quality, applying information technology - digitalization, improving processes, enhancing communication efficiency for patients and staff with very useful content that aimed at improving positive experience and patient safety.

In addition, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Conference 2023 took place on November 30^th through the LEARNING FAIR program to promote Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Culture, create a scientific and useful playground, improve AIH staff's knowledge.

During preparation, going through topic selection, content creation, concept design for booths fair, and presentation competition at LEARNING FAIR; 7 teams from all departments throughout the hospital exchanged knowledge and shared many important practical experiences in promoting patient safety and enhancing positive customer experiences at AIH.

The 2023 Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Conference is an important event for all members of the hospital to be creative together, coordinate effective teamwork, and focus on the goal of improving quality and patient safety. The conference ended with many meaningful messages, tightening solidarity among AIH's departments.
